Context Map
The goal of the project is to create an inclusive co-housing environment that fosters meaningful, spontaneous interactions among diverse groups, cultivating a varied community rather than one defined by a single user type. The design centers on families as the core of the community and aims to facilitate the development of family-like bonds among unrelated residents. This will be achieved through thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor community spaces, as well as intentionally planned programs that encourage social engagement while respecting the need for personal privacy. The community consists of nine units, including studio, two-bedroom and two-bedroom loft units, and three-bedroom units, offering a variety of living options to accommodate diverse household types.

The window façade creates transparency and permeability within the housing environment. By allowing visual connections between the inside and outside, it encourages communication and informal exchanges between neighbors and passersby. This feature not only enhances natural lighting and ventilation but also acts as a bridge, connecting residents with the life of the surrounding community.
